SR/Master Salesforce Architect

📋 Description

• Lead technical implementation of Salesforce: standard configurations, custom development, and data
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices (object-oriented, MVC, Domain Layer)
• Manage release and deployment standards for the project
• Conduct code reviews of developers and approve team technical documentation
• Interact directly with the global Syngenta team and Salesforce product teams to align requirements
• Provide technical guidance to the development team and support onboarding of new members

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory) — for technical communication, meetings, and documentation with
• Experience Cloud knowledge (priority) and Service or Sales Cloud
• Programmatic development (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and declarative (point and click) with strong
• Knowledge of code versioning and Salesforce deployment practices/strategies
• Object-oriented concepts and understanding of MVC architecture
• Integrations: APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL, Web Services
