📋 Description

• Own revenue and margin targets across pay-per-call partners.
• Develop growth strategies to scale call volume while profitability.
• Identify expansion opportunities across verticals, traffic sources, and buyer demand.
• Negotiate pricing, payouts, volume tiers, and commercial agreements.
• Analyze metrics such as call duration, transfers, conversions, margin, and ROI.
• Optimize bid strategies, routing, IVR, and call qualification to maximize yield.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in pay-per-call, performance marketing, or affiliate partnerships.
• Proven revenue targets ownership and scaling profitable call campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of call tracking tech, routing, IVR, and buyer waterfalls.
• Experience negotiating pricing structures (CPC, CPA, CPL, rev share) and margin management.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in insurance or financial services (preferred).
