📋 Description

• Operate metal printing software and equipment to prepare dental products.
• Launch and monitor metal print jobs; verify machine readiness and build completion.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks; drive throughput and product quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and software issues in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain manufacturing and print quality standards including build prep and powder handling.
• Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in fast-paced production/manufacturing
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High comfort level with digital tools, software systems, and technology
