Sr Mgr, Leader Development

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, design, administration, and continuous improvement of role-based leadership
• Conduct ongoing capability and needs assessments using business priorities, performance trends
• Develop and deliver blended learning experiences, including instructor-led workshops, virtual
• Create leadership development content covering coaching, talent development, performance
• Partner with Sales leadership and Human Resources to establish role-specific competencies
• Build structured onboarding and transition programs for newly appointed senior sales leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, education, human resources, or a related
• 8+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, learning and development, sales
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development curricula or
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and
• Experience translating business priorities and leadership needs into practical development
• Previous experience in medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated commercial

• Base salary range of $122,000–$212,750 for the broader U.S. market and $142,000–$244,950 for the
• Eligibility for a long-term incentive program, subject to applicable plan terms.
• Eligibility to participate in a consolidated retirement plan and 401(k) savings plan.
• 120 hours of vacation per calendar year.
• Paid sick time, with additional allowances for employees in certain states.
