📋 Description

• Manage quarterly and annual planning, team objectives, individual goals, deliverables, hiring
• Provide technical guidance for systems optimization opportunities and participate in architectural
• Assess risks, vulnerabilities and mitigations of existing systems to ensure high availability
• Collaborate with peer teams on complex, global engineering efforts to ensure architecture agreement
• Represent the global Systems Engineering team to internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years leading systems/software/hardware development and DevOps in a global 24x7 environment.
• Deep background in Linux systems architecture and engineering on a global scale.
• Fluency with infrastructure components including hardware, OS, virtualization, Azure cloud, web
• Experience with configuration management platforms at scale.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
