Sr. Model Engineer, Voice

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale distributed data pipelines for audio data.
• Build and optimize distributed training infrastructure for speech-language models in JAX and
• Build automated evaluation and testing systems for accuracy, quality, and latency.
• Integrate voice models into production applications and real-time services.
• Profile and optimize system performance across training and inference.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering discipline.
• Experience writing production-quality code in Python, PyTorch, JAX, Rust, or C++.
• 2+ years of experience with large scale voice related products.
• Experience with large-scale distributed training on Kubernetes.
• Expert-level Python for large-scale systems.
• Experience with distributed data processing (Spark, Ray).
