Sr Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Tier-3 resolution for Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, and Prisma.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, captures, logs, and root-cause analysis.
• Interface with enterprise customers; senior escalation for P1/P2.
• Mentor TAC engineers; create knowledge base and training.
• Collaborate with Eng/QA/PM to escalate bugs and drive product improvements.
• Develop troubleshooting scripts/tools (Python, REST) to speed resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–9 years in enterprise TAC/support or network/security engineering.
• 2+ years in L3 escalation roles.
• Expert in PAN-OS, firewalls, Panorama, Prisma SD-WAN, Prisma Access.
• Certifications: PCNSE required; PCNSA, PCCSE.
• Scripting: Python, REST API automation.
• Soft skills: strong communicator; customer-facing; cross-team leadership.
