Sr Network Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Engineer, configure, install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto
• Manage existing customer-facing networks and contribute to network expansion
• Design and review network and system architectures
• Implement and support SD-WAN, MPLS, wired and wireless Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity, firewalls
• Provide advanced, multi-layer technical support to customers through a 24/7 Network Operations
• Investigate and resolve complex network anomalies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of network engineering experience
• Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting complex networks using OSI-layer analysis, debug
• Strong experience with Cisco ASA/Firepower and Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center
• Extensive experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and broader Fortinet portfolio
• Advanced experience with Cisco routers and switches including Cisco Nexus
• Strong experience with Juniper EX/QFX switches, routers, and SRX firewalls
