Sr. Observability Engineer, ArcGIS Enterprise

📋 Description

• Translate customer needs and industrial trends into technical requirements for future ArcGIS
• Design and evolve end-to-end observability pipelines, spanning metrics, logs, traces, and events
• Contribute to the design of AI Driven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities that accelerate
• Partner on the design of data driven models to generate sizing and capacity guidance for customers
• Collaborate with product engineers and development engineers on software project teams to build new
• Share workflows in help topics, blog articles, presentations, tutorials, and samples

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS platform technologies
• Solid foundation of observability concepts: metrics, logs, traces, SLIs, SLOs
• Hands-on Experience with Prometheus / Grafana
• Robust experience developing and implementing test plans and test automation
• Experience working with Python, Java, or other scripting languages
• Strong experience translating customer needs (in observability) into technical requirements for the
