📋 Description

Champion thermal hardware manufacturing transformation to high volume.
Develop and deploy manufacturing systems with cross-functional teams.
Work on the shop floor to remove constraints and bottlenecks.
Partner with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Use KPIs: productivity, WIP, lead time, cost.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field.
5+ years in industrial/process/manufacturing engineering.
Lean manufacturing experience; autonomous, cross-functional collaboration.
ERP/MRP experience; SQL, Teamcenter, Python, Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, VB.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
