📋 Description

• Manage Oracle Cloud HCM applications: Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for
• Resolve incidents and system issues: Manage support tickets related to enhancements, defects, and
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting: Collaborate with Oracle Support and relevant technical teams
• Strengthen incident management: Record, monitor, report, and resolve business incidents involving

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM configuration, implementation, application
• Strong practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, including core HCM functionality, Payroll, Time
• Experience with Oracle HCM development and related technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, reporting
• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of Oracle HCM databases, data structures, and
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM reporting capabilities, particularly BI Publisher and Oracle
