Sr. Order Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day order management activities to ensure opportunities are converted to revenue
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process refresher training sessions to enhance team knowledge and adherence.
• Perform audit checks to ensure process compliance and quality standards.
• Effectively manage escalations and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach by taking ownership of additional responsibilities and driving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Sales Operations, Revenue
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including order processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
