Sr. Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Manage Partner Relationships and build trusted connections with Esri's partner network.
• Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline and revenue with joint account planning.
• Execute joint go-to-market initiatives and enable partner teams on Esri offerings.
• Apply solution selling and market insight to identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise sales, partner management, or related roles.
• Experience driving partner-influenced or partner-supported pipeline.
• Proven solution selling and consultative engagement with enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression.
• Experience executing co-sell or reseller GTM motions.
• Ability to negotiate moderately complex agreements within frameworks.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities.
• Technical familiarity with enterprise software platforms.
• Familiarity with Esri tech in partner campaigns across lifecycle.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or related field.
