Sr. Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the operational execution for a partner portfolio: config, feeds, billing, integrations, reporting.
• Lead implementations and ongoing ops for new/existing partners; coordinate commitments.
• Run partner escalations to resolution; involve Sales, Product, Client, Data Ops, CS as needed.
• Own prep and delivery of partner business reviews for your portfolio.
• Be the day-to-day operational POC for partner and partner-customer stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Client & Data Ops, Product, and CS to keep partnerships smooth and flag risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning complex operational workflows for external partners or clients: billing, integrations, data/file feeds.
• Comfort operating across ambiguity with multiple internal/external stakeholders without a defined playbook.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking: reason from facts, synthesize, and be concise.
• High initiative and sound judgment; identify what matters and act proactively.
• Proven ability to build trust with external partners or customers.
• Direct, ongoing accountability for an external-facing relationship (client/partner/vendor).
