Sr. Partner Technical Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops and summits across NA/EMEA/ANZ.
• Build and maintain hands-on labs and training environments.
• Certify partners on our products and drive partner-led pipeline.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales/Channel SE/PSO/Product to translate roadmaps into training.
• Lead multi-city roadshows and events; travel ~50% for in-person training.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or partner enablement.
• Hands-on UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud-communications experience.
• Proven ability to teach complex concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
• Experience building and running labs for training or certification.
• Excellent project management; multi-city events and ~50% travel.
• Strong executive presence; experience presenting to partner leadership.
