Sr. Partner Technical Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops and boot camps across NA, EMEA, ANZ.
• Coordinate staffing and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
• Lead Lunch & Learn roadshows and drive attendance in NA cities.
• Develop lab guides and maintain hands-on lab environments for training.
• Create product playbooks and manage LMS content in Docebo for certifications.
• Measure ROI and pipeline attribution from events; support partner certification goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training.
• Hands-on UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud-communications experience.
• Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
• Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.
• Strong project management for multi-city event calendars.
• Willingness to travel ~50% for in-person events across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
