Sr. Partner Technical Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops and summits across NA, EMEA, ANZ.
• Coordinate staffing and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
• Manage marketing launches and drive channel-driven attendance.
• Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across NA cities.
• Develop lab guides with subject-matter experts across product families.
• Set up and maintain hands-on lab environments for training events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical training.
• Hands-on UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud communications experience; Dialpad knowledge a plus.
• Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
• Experience building and running lab environments for training/certification.
• Excellent project management; run a multi-city event calendar.
• Willingness to travel ~50%+ for in-person events across NA, EMEA, ANZ.
