Sr. Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll for US multi-state and Canada (semi-monthly/bi-weekly).
• Serve as primary payroll POC for employees and internal stakeholders.
• Lead Workday payroll ops: deductions, EIB uploads, reporting, and HRIS support.
• Manage equity payroll events (RSU/NSO/ISO); ensure tax reporting with Stock Admin.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Ensure payroll compliance across US federal/state/local and Canadian provinces.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Workday (primary system).
• Proven full-cycle US multi-state and Canadian payroll experience.
• Deep knowledge of equity payroll: RSU, NSO, ISO taxation and reporting.
• Experience supporting month-end close and payroll GL reconciliations.
• Strong US payroll tax knowledge; Canadian regulations familiarity.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and data analysis.
