Manage day-to-day multi-country payrolls for the EMEA region (Spain, Italy, Germany).
Streamline global payroll processes onto a single platform.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Finance to collect inputs.
Compile, review, and reconcile payroll data across systems (GPP, Nova 2.0, Workday, Zoho).
Monitor vendor payroll processing and compliance for accuracy.
Mentor Associate Payroll & Billing Specialists and escalate inquiries as needed.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries (Spain).
Experience with ADP, Workday, Ceridian.
Local currency to billing currency conversion experience.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Zendesk.
Excellent English and Spanish language skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
