Sr. Payroll & Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day multi-country payrolls in EMEA (Spain, Italy, Germany).
• Streamline payroll processes onto a single platform.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Finance to collect inputs.
• Review and reconcile payroll data inputs.
• Mentor Associates and escalate time-sensitive inquiries.
• Provide cross-functional reporting and stakeholder updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries (Spain focus).
• Experience with ADP/Workday/Ceridian payroll systems.
• Local currency to billing currency conversion.
• Support experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• English required; Spanish preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; good time management.
