Sr. Payroll Specialist - Bilingual

📋 Description

• Process weekly and biweekly payrolls across multiple companies, states, legal entities, and pay
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including commissions, bonuses, draws
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including applicable wage and
• Support payroll integrations, system transitions, and payroll conversions for newly acquired
• Review payroll data, perform reconciliations, prepare payroll reports, investigate discrepancies
• Coordinate payroll tax registrations, respond to tax notices, and support multi-state payroll tax

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience processing payroll across multiple EINs, legal entities, and payroll schedules.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance requirements.
• California payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Experience administering complex payroll components including commissions, bonuses, draws
