Sr. PCB Designer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead layout for in-house PCB designs, collaborating with Hardware Development Engineers.
• Contribute to diverse designs from RF to power converters and beyond.
• Iterate designs to meet best solutions during design reviews.
• Fabrication documentation and release for PCBs.
• Collaborate with PCB vendors to improve rules and guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of PCB layout experience OR 8+ years
• 8+ years PCB layout experience in one or more of: RF, mixed analog/digital, high density, fine
• 3+ years ECAD library experience; design for manufacturability, assembly, and test.
• Experience with Mentor Xpedition and/or Altium Designer (Xpedition preferred).
• Layout experience for high speed buses, FPGA, DRAM, CPUs, power supplies, impedance-controlled
• Knowledge of MIL-STD, IPC standards; parts monitoring.
