Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable integrations across the People Technology ecosystem.
Serve as the technical backbone of interoperability between Darwinbox and external platforms.
Hands-on execution across APIs, data mapping, transformation logic, and validation frameworks.
Define end-to-end integration architecture across IT, Payroll, FP&A, Equity, and EOR systems.
Ensure data governance, schema consistency, and operational continuity.

🎯 Requirements

5 years in HRIS integrations or payroll ecosystem integrations.
Hands-on Darwinbox APIs, data extracts, integration schemas, lifecycle changes.
Experience with payroll, IT & Finance integrations; GL logic & costing.
Strong data mapping, transformation logic, schema validation, and reconciliation.
Familiarity with ITGC, audit compliance, access governance, and change control.
