Sr. Pharmacy Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the pharmacy vendor portfolio across compounded and branded tiers.
• Design vendor scorecards; lead QBRs against SLAs for speed, accuracy, and cost.
• Lead RFPs, contract renewals, and onboarding of new partners.
• Maintain SLA documentation; flag compliance gaps and drive remediation with vendors.
• Build the vendor escalation playbook for supply disruptions and service failures.
• Own end-to-end member shipment experience; define promises and improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in pharmacy operations or healthcare supply chain; senior manager/director preferred.
• PharmD — clinical credibility with operational depth.
• Proven track record managing pharmacy vendor relationships end-to-end with SLAs, QBRs, and negotiations.
• Experience with drug cost structures and acquisition; build and defend a pharmacy P&L.
• Experience with 503A/503B compounded pharmacy; USP compliance and third-party testing.
• Strong analytical skills; build models, spot anomalies, and anchor decisions in data.
