📋 Description

• Verify test requisitions and patient identification
• Obtain blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks
• Maintain specimen integrity with aseptic technique
• Track collection times and daily tallies
• Maintain quality results and log results
• Resolve unusual test orders with physicians and nursing staff

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• BS/BA degree preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy Certificate if required by state
• HIPAA/PHI privacy, policies and security training within 30 days
• Maintain current status on Natera training requirements
