• Verifies test requisitions against nursing logs.
• Verifies patient identification prior to collection.
• Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity with aseptic technique and procedures.
• Tracks specimens with initials, dates, and collection times.
• Maintains QA logs and reports changes as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• BS/BA degree (preferred).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Phlebotomy Certificate (if required by State).
