Sr. PLM Platform Architect

📋 Description

• Act as the solution architect for Windchill PLM business process definitions, focusing heavily on
• Establish and enforce best practices for building SolidWorks CAD files to ensure optimal data
• Lead continuous process improvements for CAD design capture, CAD-driven engineering BOM (eBOM)
• Interface with internal teams and external contract manufacturing partners to efficiently manage
• Moderate the PLM Change Control Board (CCB) to inform and align with program leads and key partners
• Actively define configuration management processes that drive change control across all product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 7+ years of work experience managing business processes for product development, with deep
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM applications, with expert-level knowledge of SolidWorks and CAD
• Comprehensive understanding of BOM structures, working with joint design partners, and best
• Experience with enterprise platforms like SAP, NetSuite, ERP/MRP/MES/QMS, and how they interface
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, project management, and change management.
