📋 Description

Support full lifecycle of gas turbine power generation assets
Lead commissioning including combustion tuning and control checkout
Own root-cause analysis for turbine trips and performance degradation
Develop operating procedures and startup/shutdown sequences
Interface with OEMs on warranty, outages, and technical issues
Analyze performance data to identify efficiency losses

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ years hands-on with utility-scale gas turbines
Knowledge of combined-cycle plant systems
Experience reading P&IDs and single-line diagrams
Experience with DCS platforms like Mark VIe
Familiarity with RCA and performance monitoring tools
