📋 Description

• Set technical direction for ML and agentic AI across the customer lifecycle
• Architect sub-agent systems: grounding, risk, evaluation, safety at scale
• Define modeling, evaluation, and experimentation standards from offline to production
• Personally ship high-leverage models and sub-agents as a senior IC
• Lead data foundations and knowledge-layer agents with privacy and trust
• Partner with senior Product, Engineering, and Applied AI leaders to shape strategy and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years (or 14+ years) experience; advanced degree preferred
• Track record setting technical direction for applied ML/AI that ships
• Deep ML: gradient boosting, regularized models, transformers, embeddings
• Architect-level grasp of agentic AI: tools, retrieval, multi-step reasoning
• Strong causal inference for intervention design and lifecycle modeling
• Statistics and experimental design at scale: hypothesis testing and power
• Production ML: features, pipelines, monitoring, drift, retraining cadence
• SQL & Python; Spark/Databricks; PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost
