Sr. Process Engineer, Starship Materials Production

📋 Description

• Design, specify, procure, install, and commission powder handling/dispensing systems, industrial
• Own powder equipment including hoppers, feeders, weigh/batch systems, dust collection, pneumatic
• Own mixers and blending equipment with agitation, vacuum/degassing, temperature control, seals
• Own liquid dispensing systems including pumps, meters, valves, manifolds, tanks, pressure/vacuum
• Automate production cells with sensors, motion, recipe/batch control, interlocks, data logging, and
• Lead capital equipment projects cradle-to-grave: vendor selection, design reviews, SOWs, FAT/SAT

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, materials, manufacturing engineering or related
• 5+ years of experience with powder handling/dispensing, industrial mixers, liquid dispensing, fluid
