Sr Product Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead and support development/improve product compliance programs
• Apply regulatory judgment to complex questions, investigations, escalations
• Conduct reviews, testing, monitoring to identify gaps and risks
• Provide compliance support across regulatory reporting, change mgmt, investigations
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve documentation, analysis, efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate compliance into initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 5+ years in compliance, risk mgmt, governance, audit, or related
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, employee benefits, or regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits compliance frameworks (HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, regs)
• Experience designing scalable, auditable compliance processes
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools in compliance workflows
