Sr. Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design full product pages, flows, and feature areas from concept to execution
• Work with Product Manager to define goals, requirements, and constraints
• Contribute to the design system to improve consistency and quality
• Participate in product discovery and user research to validate decisions
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
• Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on digital products
• Solid visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail
• Hands-on and able to own meaningful design work from start to finish
• Able to incorporate feedback and context to improve design outcomes
• Comfortable working within existing systems and constraints; collaborate with Product and Engineering
• Strong communication and collaboration with Product and Engineering partners
