📋 Description

• Lead the entire design lifecycle, driving projects from discovery through launch, managing
• Directly drive a quantifiable reduction in operational friction by designing highly efficient
• Apply superior information architecture, interaction, and visual design craft to all deliverables.
• Serve as a core partner to Engineering and QA, understanding technical constraints and ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio and case studies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment where changes are frequent
• Proven ability to tackle complex products from start to finish with high autonomy, demonstrating a
• Expert proficiency with Figma’s advanced features and familiarity with AI-powered user research
• Experience with rapid prototyping leveraging design systems and AI (Figma Make, Figma MCP Server
• Experience in the HealthTech, SaMD, or other domains with complex data and specialized workflows.
