SR Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design projects from discovery to implementation.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy and UX solutions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to guide design decisions.
• Create user journeys, IA, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Contribute to the Design System governance for consistency.
• Mentor designers through reviews and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer on digital products, leading complex initiatives.
• Strong UX, UI, IA, user flows, and tools like Figma.
• Experience conducting user research and data-informed design decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong portfolio showing product thinking, process, impact, and execution.
• Experience with scalable digital platforms, SaaS, B2B, fintechs, or similar.
• Knowledge of Design Systems, accessibility standards, experimentation, and mentoring.
