Sr. Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from initial discovery and user research to journey
• Shape the evolution of an integrated digital platform by creating seamless and consistent
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify user needs, define problems, explore
• Work with design leadership to prioritize initiatives and coordinate design efforts across multiple
• Plan and conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and qualitative research in partnership
• Simplify complex, multi-step workflows and ensure products remain intuitive, accessible, and easy

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional product design experience, particularly with complex SaaS
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and interaction design, individual contributions
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including reusable components, interactive prototyping, and shared
• Practical experience using AI tools to explore design concepts, develop prototypes, or optimize
• Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative user research and usability
• Experience collaborating with engineers throughout development, including reviewing builds
