📋 Description

• Own and drive the design system roadmap with a clear vision
• Define system UX: components, patterns, states, accessibility
• Lead token strategy end-to-end (theming, density) with engineering
• Governance and lifecycle: standards, reviews, versioning, migrations
• Specs for design-to-code; collaborate with Figma libraries and Storybook
• AI-assisted enablement; automation for audits and migrations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product design, with design systems adoption
• Portfolio showing design systems mastery; portfolio link required
• Technical fluency with component workflows (Figma/Storybook)
• Hands-on with token pipelines and semantic tokens; specs with criteria
• WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility competency
• Experience using AI/automation to improve delivery
