📋 Description

• Shape 0→1 program experiences from ambiguous ideas to clear directions.
• Lead discovery and validation to identify unmet needs and prototype lean solutions.
• Design end-to-end flows for new programs from concept to launch with usability.
• Partner with product, engineering, clinical, data, and commercial teams.
• Synthesize user needs, clinical context, goals, and constraints.
• Contribute scalable patterns to keep programs cohesive.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design with product and engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s in related design or HCI, or equivalent.
• Experience leading ambiguous problems into clear user needs and hypotheses.
• Strong interaction and visual design; prototyping.
• End-to-end delivery on complex initiatives with clarity.
• Portfolio showing high-impact work; AI-ready mindset.
