Sr. Product Designer (Remote)

📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define user and business problems, shape product strategy
• Build deep knowledge of AAC and assistive technology, including our users, products, clinical
• Plan and lead discovery with people with communication challenges, care partners, clinicians
• Synthesize research, product data, business goals, and technical constraints into insights and
• Explore multiple approaches and translate complex workflows and accessibility needs into clear user
• Design accessible, intuitive, and consistent experiences across device, web, and mobile products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including meaningful ownership of complex digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating strong problem framing, strategic thinking, and design skills.
• Experience planning and facilitating user research and collaborative discovery sessions, then
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design skills across
• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, influence product direction, and collaborate
• Ability to explain design rationale, challenge assumptions constructively, incorporate feedback
