Sr Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI security on Pathfinder.
• Synthesize threat research and analyst intel into product decisions.
• Define and iterate requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and orchestration.
• Maintain deep understanding of the agentic AI ecosystem (MCP protocol, tool-calling, prompts).
• Coordinate AI-related work across BeyondTrust portfolio for architectural consistency.
• Represent BeyondTrust’s AI security vision to analysts, customers, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years product management experience in cybersecurity, identity, or cloud security.
• Strong AI/ML knowledge: LLM agents, MCP, tool-calling, RAG.
• Ability to read and synthesize security research, CVEs, and threat intel.
• Knowledge of PAM, IAM, secrets management, and workload identity.
• Familiarity with NHI threat surface: service accounts, API keys, tokens.
