Sr. Product Manager - Commerce Operations

📋 Description

• Own the Commerce Operations Roadmap across orders, subs, transactions, and inventory.
• Build the Subscription Lifecycle: renewals, upgrades, downgrades, dunning.
• Define the Ledger & Internal Accounting Layer as the system of record.
• Enable Third-Party Accounting Compatibility with external tools integration.
• Own Order Management & Fulfillment from creation to cancellation.
• Own the Developer & Marketplace API Surface for external developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of PM experience in platform or infrastructure SaaS.
• Commerce Operations depth: orders, subscriptions, inventory, fulfillment.
• Financial systems fluency: ledger basics and reconciliations.
• API & Developer Platform thinking: public APIs and developer experience.
• Platform-first mindset: shared infrastructure across teams.
• Bias for ownership: self-driven with cross-domain scope.
