Sr. Product Manager, Core Platform

📋 Description

• Define and execute roadmap for core platform aligned to business goals.
• Lead development of platform capabilities: identity, data, APIs, integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering during discovery, design, build, and iterations.
• Gather feedback to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Translate requirements into specs, metrics, and delivery plans.
• Drive scalability, security, governance, and reliability improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 7+ years in Product Management of complex technical products.
• Experience building/scaling enterprise platform features (SSO, RBAC, APIs, data ingestion).
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, cloud, hybrid/on-prem deployments.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, product, and customers.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with clear roadmaps and delivery.
