Sr. Product Manager, Core Platform

📋 Description

• Define and execute roadmap and strategic vision for the core platform aligned with business needs.
• Lead development of foundational platform capabilities: identity (SSO), RBAC, data management
• Collaborate with engineering across discovery, design, development, launch, and improvements.
• Gather feedback from product teams, customers, and tech stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Translate requirements into product specs, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Drive initiatives to improve scalability, security, governance, reliability, and velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management with ownership of complex technical products
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise platform features such as SSO, RBAC, data
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and hybrid or on-premises
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, and
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ambiguous problems
