Sr. Product Manager, Enterprise AI

📋 Description

• Define and lead the enterprise AI product strategy, roadmap, and data capabilities across operations.
• Identify high-value operational problems and translate them into requirements and phased releases.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to reduce admin work and improve consistency.
• Build integrations across CRM, CS, support, scheduling, billing, and analytics.
• Establish data contracts, governance, privacy, and security for auditable AI products.
• Create a durable product cadence: discovery, backlog, launches, and measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years PM experience with enterprise software or AI-enabled products.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into measurable impact.
• Ability to convert manual processes into scalable product workflows.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, CS, billing, analytics).
• Strong instrumentation, observability, governance, and reliability.
• APIs, data pipelines, or analytics; AI-powered enterprise products preferred.
