📋 Description

• Own the marketing product roadmap end to end, and build the process that turns campaign ideas into
• Design and launch tailored campaign experiences — the in-app and web journeys users land in from
• Raise the bar on lifecycle messaging so push and email feel useful rather than noisy, and convert
• Own the incentives layer for new and returning users: offers, referral mechanics, recurring
• Apply user psychology and sharp UX thinking to find where the funnel leaks, then run the
• Improve landing page and search performance, and build the product foundations that make paid and

🎯 Requirements

• Own the connective tissue between marketing and product at Kraken Consumer
• Experience building product surfaces for acquisition channels (paid social, search, affiliates
• Experience with lifecycle messaging and conversion optimization
• Strong user psychology and UX thinking
• Ability to define metrics for acquisition and reactivation
• Experience running experiments and data-driven decision making
