📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-native product via user research and prioritization
• Ship incrementally; measure impact; iterate with AI capabilities
• Focus on UX and outcomes; AI must solve real problems faster
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to decide should vs can

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management shipping complex products end-to-end
• Strong first-principles thinking: ask why before how
• Direct experience with enterprise customers and governance at scale
• Comfort interviewing customers and translating research into decisions
• Experience shipping in complex, regulated environments with stakeholder alignment
• Experience shipping incrementally with small bets before full-scale
