Sr. Product Manager - New Units

📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of the new-unit production program, including program planning, business
• Collaborate with product leadership to execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the product
• Own and maintain the applicable multi-year product and business planning process.
• Manage and maintain the Approval to Quote process for the product portfolio.
• Lead the strategic deployment of corrective actions across new product introduction, new-unit
• Lead portfolio decisions involving product standardization, customization, technology selection

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience working with gas turbine technology or a comparable power-generation
• At least 4 years of leadership experience within a product line, engineering, services, program
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, new product introduction, manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and translate strategic objectives
• Strong technical, business, and financial analysis capabilities, with the ability to evaluate

• Annual U.S. salary range of $134,000–$223,400, with actual compensation influenced by geographic
