📋 Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for integrations, APIs, and workflow automation, ensuring new
• Manage ongoing integration products across ATS, HRIS, HCM, and VMS platforms, defining data flows
• Lead the technical go-to-market strategy for new products, determining how capabilities should be
• Partner directly with external product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps, manage
• Participate in customer-facing discovery, solution design, sales discussions, implementation
• Own the evolution of the public API and developer experience, including endpoints, webhooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of integrations, APIs
• Demonstrated experience managing integrations across multiple systems, with a strong understanding
• Proven ability to own partner or API integrations as ongoing products rather than one-time
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, data models, integrations, and error handling, with
• Comfortable working directly with customers and technical buyers, including product demonstrations
• Excellent ability to transform input from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders into
