📋 Description

• Reliability. Define targets for corridor performance and STP. Own targets and drive them.
• Corridor and market design. Translate market mechanics into clear requirements for built products.
• Integration standards. Set expectations for APIs/integrations with banks, networks, and processors
• Resilience. Design for failure with redundancy and failover to keep customers uninterrupted.
• AI and agentic payment flows. Shape intelligent, autonomous payment routing and reconciliation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management. Payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure preferred.
• Experience with real-time rails (UPI, SEPA, RTP, Pix, or equivalents) is a strong plus.
• Ability to define product strategy across multiple markets with different rules and failure modes.
