📋 Description

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for patient engagement over time
• Simplify ordering and scheduling for providers and patients
• Improve provider and patient experiences across physician portal, EHR, and patient portal
• Partner with clinical, ops, and engineering teams; health-system integrations
• Own lifecycle from discovery to launch; define success; align with execs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of digital product management experience
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch across product, engineering, and design
• Strong product/UX judgment; ruthless prioritization and balance short/long-term goals
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, LLMs, agents, prototyping tools)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Flexible/agile; hands-on and strategic
