• 6+ years in consumer product or growth marketing in tech/startups.
• Storyteller with strong communication, presentation, writing.
• Strategic thinker who values creativity and marketing effectiveness.
• Structure to ambiguity; deploy frameworks; actionable plans.
• Data-driven with analysis, testing, and AB experiments.
• Low-ego, high accountability leader who helps others succeed.
• Personal finance knowledge a bonus, not required.
